The Challenge
Employees of a small nonprofit working with refugees expressed a desire for more resources to help serve their cases.
The client wanted to provide informative resources to shed light on domestic violence.
No pre-existing training existed, as the organization typically dealt with linguistic immersion (ESL).
The Solution
A short awareness learning session was developed in Articulate Rise that included key facts, tips and resources to support employees.
Training came with a resource sheet (PDF) of resources to recommend to potential victims of domestic violence.
The Results
User rating was 4.9 stars rating out of 5!
