The Challenge
Incidents of phishing and/or targeted attacks had increased company-wide.
A compliance need was identified in order to continue servicing governmental contracts.
An easily digestible training program was needed so that staff from all backgrounds could benefit from it.
The Solution
A bespoke learning experience with some gamification elements, videos, animations, and quizzes was developed.
Each user had complete control over which scenarios they wanted to cover first.
The scenarios were written in a conversational tone with practical examples to create an emotional connection, and to ensure that they were relatable for all employees.
The Results
User rating was 4.8 stars out of 5!
Increased awareness was demonstrated by the increase of phishing incidents reported to the company cyber security department.
Compliance requirements were met when the company’s clients accepted the training.
