Learning Solution: Interactive Workshop Series
The Challenge
LGBT Collective, a small nonprofit organization, was looking for a comprehensive set of training materials to help tackle employee wellness.
They don’t use a learning management system and wanted a solution that was both collaborative and interactive.
They were looking for a curriculum that was bespoke and turnkey.
The Solution
A series of Health and Wellbeing sessions were designed to progressively cover the objectives.
Each presentation session kit included:
- Highly focused interactive presentations
- Checklist and evaluation sheets for the host
- Health and wellbeing resource pack for participants, which included worksheets and supplementary reading
The Results
Polls, data and opinions were included as a part of the session kits.
Authentic opportunities were provided for employees to share their thoughts and have open discussions.
A scalable model was introduced. Each session can be conducted with a limitless amount of participants due to the virtual nature. As such, a session can be conducted on the team, the department, or the organizational level, making it a very versatile solution.
